While visiting the Monash Youth Directory website you may be asked to provide information that personally identifies you. This information is gathered on a voluntary basis to better serve you and much of it is optional.

Information You Provide
User Profile
If you register as a standard User Profile, your E-mail and name may be used by the website to provide automated system notifications, such as notifications. You are able to opt-out of this list using the Update Profile facility in your login account.
Managed Club Listing Profile
If you register a Managed Club Listing your Club Administrator E-mail and name may be used by the website to provide automated system notifications (such as to activate your account). We may also use this information to contact you in case you request support for the website. These will not be used for any other purpose. You are able to opt-out of this list using the Update Profile facility in your login account.When registering your club, you may volunteer your contact details for the purposes of promoting it as a method of potential members contacting your club directly.
You may embed content from external sites (such as YouTube), however cannot and do not request access to your YouTube account to do so.
Information Collected Using Technology
We may collect some information about you using technology, so it may not be readily apparent to you that it is being collected. For instance, when you come to our site your IP address is collected so that we know where to send information you are requesting. An IP address is often associated with the place from which you enter the Internet like your ISP (Internet service provider), your company, or your school. This information is not personally identifiable. We may use information collected through technology to make our sites more interesting and useful to you. We normally don’t combine this type of information with personally identifiable information.
